ITSM Consultant
About this opportunity!
We are now looking for a ITSM Consultant candidate with strong presentation skills. This person will support the Senior Management in customer engagement and managing customer relationship.
What you will do
- Apply creativity bringing fresh thinking and new insights to seek business priorities and cultivate strong engagement
- Provide communications support for strategic initiatives and achievements
- Manage and coordinate communications with multiple team colleagues
- Develop external and internal communication plans to support the business growth
- Conceptualize, write, and edit communications materials including newsletters, PowerPoint presentations
- Proactively seek out topics and stories that are aligned with operational priorities
- Drive execution, tracking of activities, scope, risk, issues
- Support the Senior Management in customer engagement and managing customer relationship.
You will bring
- Academic degree, minimum on bachelor level, in engineering (IT, Telecom)
- Minimum years of relevant experience: 8+ Years of Experience IT Operations involving process compliance, reporting and governance.
- Looking for someone with 8+ years of experience in Managed Services / Inhouse IT Operations involving process compliance, reporting and governance (preferable in Telecom domain).
- Understanding on Service Operations Center functioning & monitoring as well as good experience in ITSM processes
- Hands on Experience in BCM, DR Drills and Infra Ops will be an advantage.
- Communications professional with a detailed foundation in content creation for various business channels, writing for broad-reaching company initiatives
- Strong stakeholder management skills, and seen as a trusted speaking partner
- Ability to write in a relatable and authentic way – focused on how the message will be received and interpreted
- Balance high-level planning and hands-on work to ensure completing the tasks according to schedule
- Excellent verbal and written English skills
- Excellent presentation skills combined with flexibility and attention to detail
