What you’ll do:

As an HR intern, you will have the opportunity to explore the below key areas in Human Resources.

HR Generalist:

  • You will provide basic level of customer support to employees and people leaders for HR cases.
  • You will support HR program implementation within businesses with guidance and training.
  • You will provide research materials used for program delivery.
  • Develop a broad understanding of human resources policies, functions, and programs.

Talent Acquisition:

  • You will partner with multiple stakeholders, to participate in global strategic and operational recruitment projects including but not limited to those focused on process and technology improvements, change management initiatives, training, and end-user support

The technology:

  • Ability to use Microsoft Office to a high standard (particularly Excel & PowerPoint).

  • Dubai, UAE

What you’ll need:

  • A degree in Human Resources Management or in Business with a specialization in HRM.
  • Graduated in the last 24 months.
  • Only Emirati nationals are considered for this role.
