Job Description

Role Overview:

The Executive Assistant plays a key role at Schneider Electric. This role  provides executive assistant support to Senior leadership in MEA. This position works with a high degree of independence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide executive assistant support to the relevant stakeholders and other Senior leaders as required.
  • Manage the timetable of manager.
  • Manage admin tasks in the IT systems by delegation when relevant.
  • Organize & attend if needed internal/external meetings, open lines and events.
  • Assist in the preparation of material – presentations, letters, meeting minutes.
  • Establish and maintains credible and effective working relationships with key stakeholders including internal and external contacts, executives, and management team members.
  • Management of executive calendar, travel requirements, expense management, and preparing reports as needed.
  • Receiving, recording and distributing documents, mail and courier items.
  • Other duties as assigned (administrative support).

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Office Administration, Business or related discipline with 8+ years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Ability to perform in a multi-task. environment with potentially conflicting priorities.
  • Proven user skills in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Experience supporting C-Suite in MEA.
  • Results oriented, with ability to work well independently and with a team.
  • Self-motivation for learning.
  • Professional demeanor.
  • English Fluency is a must.
