Manager ICT Sales

Job Description

Key Accountabilities:

  • Develop strong client relationships and build strong credibility with clients and in particular C-levels client reps.
  • Visualize the clients’ problem resolution and potential future business benefits through sales workshops and meetings.
  • Work closely with the Enterprise Architect team to devise technical solutions as per client expectations and requirement.
  • Work with Product teams to define a holistic transformation strategy considering business and technologies components.
  • Build customer relationships for the purpose of business development and sales.
  • Demonstrate commercial and technical expertise in the assigned targeted industry.
  • Work with other sales and account managers to identify and develop opportunities and drive growth.
  • Set-up meetings to track updates with external clients as well as partnerships key stakeholders in order to effectively manage day-to-day interactions with key strategic partners.
  • Review deal proposals, in conjunction with Senior Management in order to ensure profitable partnerships are clearly linked to value creating opportunities.
  • Actively participate in projects and assignments in order to broaden exposure, build relationships and understand policies and practices at the work place.
  • Work closely with Legal and develop contractual agreement terms and conditions with selected partners while negotiating the best terms for du across all contractual areas and vetting the content of the contract.
  • Review deal proposals, in conjunction with Senior Management, to ensure profitable partnerships, linked to clear value creation opportunities.
  • Develop and implement analytical, reporting and financial models related to operational and tactical execution of all work (e.g. due diligence requirements, processes, documentation, financial/statistical analysis) in support of commercial business models and profitability analysis to ensure operational efficiency

Qualifications:

  • BSc Business Administration, Computer Science, or Engineering.

Experience:

  • Minimum 5 – 8 years’ experience in related work area, with strong track record on the targeted market.
  • In-depth understanding of the new revenue streams within ICT Solutions providing strategic and tactical advice to enable clients to fulfil their business objectives in assigned vertical industry
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to extract and summarize requirements, develop responses, and present the way forward

Skills:

  • Strong time- and financial management and organizational skills, comfortable working both collaboratively and independently
  • Comfortable interacting and building relationships with individuals across all levels and areas of the company and client organizations
  • Strong in personal networks and relationship management, persuasion and influence skills and ability to encourage, motivate and stimulate collaboration across the service delivery, client operational organizations and stakeholders
  • Analytical and systems thinking, conflict resolution and negotiation to involve all project stakeholders to drive, implement and institutionalize a change to ensure organizational objectives are met.
  • Sense of balance between the roles of Service Account, Service Management, Sales and Products organizations
  • Strategic thinking with high attention to detail.
  • Proven working experience as a Sales Operations Manager for complex and hybrid cloud and cyber security managed services
