Business Development Manager
Responsibilities:
- Manage and enhance relationships with end users on assigned territory
- Identify key customers in the Territory;
- Meet with doctors, and decision-makers to from demand and pass the projects to distributors;
- Support key projects/tenders in hand with the Mindray team and distributors;
- Maintain and enhance the quality and profitability of the sales plan through the development of operationally feasible and cost-effective programs;
- Collect and analyze information on the market, e.g. competitors’ activities and customers’ requirements etc for maximizing business opportunities;
- Organize and participate in exhibitions, seminars and other promotion activities;
- Work closely with key clients, decision-makers and hospitals in the region.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above, major in medical-related disciplines is preferred;
- At least 8 years experience in sales and marketing of PMLS products (e.g. monitor, anesthesia machine, ventilator, surgical products, products etc.) or related spheres of the medical device industry
- Experienced in working with end users and key clients
- Self-motivated and good teamwork spirit
