Job Description

The Corporate and Institutional Banking (C&IB) Marketing function, reporting directly to the Group Marketing department, is an end-to-end marketing strategy, operations, and service delivery function that enables the successful delivery of the C&IB business’ objectives.
Through strategic direction and quality delivery, the C&IB Marketing function works closely with internal and external stakeholders to define, develop, implement, and optimize an integrated marketing and communications plan in coordination and alignment with the business strategies and goals.

Job Purpose 

• Content Marketing & Communications – Developing compelling marketing materials and communication strategies that align with business objectives.
• Strategic Marketing Execution – Planning and implementing integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
• Event Management & B2B Marketing – Leading high-impact networking events and exclusive experiences to strengthen client relationships.
• Innovation & Continuous Improvement – Monitoring performance metrics, gathering insights, and recommending innovative approaches to enhance marketing effectiveness.

Skills and Experience

• Proven Experience of 8+ years in B2B marketing, corporate communications, or financial services marketing.
• The role is exclusively for UAE Nationals with a family book.
• Strategic Thinking – Ability to develop and implement integrated marketing plans aligned with business goals.
• Content & Campaign Expertise – Strong skills in content creation, digital marketing, and multi-channel campaign execution.
• Project & Budget Management – Ability to manage marketing budgets and oversee projects from concept to execution.
• Management experience in corporate bank marketing, financial services, etc. and experience in MENAT region.
