HR Support

Responsibilities

  • Executes maintainance of employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, terminating
  • Ensures new hire paperwork is completed and processed
  • Processes all personnel action forms and ensuring proper approval
  • Prepares periodical and ad-hoc reporting
  • Acts as point of contact for standard employee questions and communication to employees and managers on a day to day basis
  • Coordinates and drives HR related projects of medium complexity and administers specific topics (employer branding, local benefits, etc.)
  • Oversees hiring process end-to-end incl. informing applicants about job duties, responsibilities, benefits, schedules, working conditions, promotion opportunities, etc.

  • Has skills developed through formal training or work experience
