What I need to do
- To provide exceptional customer service at every interaction, ensuring customer happiness and exceeding customer expectations.
- Your goal is to respond swiftly to all incoming escalations across various channels such as social media complaints, MOC & DED complaints & internal escalations.
- An extraordinary customer experience is crucial, and you will follow comprehensive quality guidelines, to ensure the best possible service level for your valued customers.
- You are the eyes and ears of the business, at the frontline of all customers related issues and you are responsible for upholding and improving the reputation of the Landmark Group.
- You are responsible to highlight pain areas around customer satisfaction backed by data & voice of customer.

Qualifications
- You have 3+ years customer service experience in a contact centre environment, with 1+ years of experience with a home furniture company.
- You are fluent in Arabic & English, both written & spoken.
- You are familiar with the regional requirements of GCC and have experience dealing with this specific customer base.
- You have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, sound judgment and a customer centric approach.
- You are proficient with MS office & well versed with customer service tools such as – Avaya, Freshdesk/Zendesk, CRM, etc.
