Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead the execution of medium-size projects. Each day, you will ensure that all related activities are executed in accordance with procedures, regulations, standards, specifications and targets. You will also showcase your expertise by leading the project team members to achieve project requirements, deliver contracted deliverables, and meet the committed project result. The work model for the role is: {onsite) This role is contributing to the {motion} in {UAE}. You will be mainly accountable for: • Ensuring planning, scheduling, cost, scope, and customer satisfaction of project management and order delivery activities in coordination with operations manager. • Ensuring project execution is up to ABB quality standards across the project lifecycle. • Providing internal and external customer support such as but not limited to order assistance, payment-related assistance and coordinate with relevant resources to have complete case ownership and keep an eye on customer satisfaction through the TNPS. • tracking all project costs to stay within budget, shall strive to increase project gross margin by proactively seeking opportunities and controlling risks. • Proactively informing customers about project progress, Ensures a positive customer experience throughout the entire process. • Ensuring the resolution of customer issues (e.g. order, technical, payment) by coordinating with relevant stakeholders using ABB tools (e.g. CCRP) • Preparing and analyzing regular statistics (e.g. forecast) using available tools and collecting relevant information. • Developing, implementing, and maintaining customer support processes. Participates in customer support related development projects (e.g. tools, competences, resources) • Working closely with sales team to annually assess their needs to achieve targets. • Working closely with SCM, Logistics to ensure activities as per the project timeline.

Qualifications for the role

  • Knowledge of order processing system and SAP
  • Good knowledge of commercial terms and conditions
  • Knowledge on LCs, BGs
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Decision making, flexibility and self-learning, negotiation, problem solving capability.
  • Basware System, BOL, SAP, OMS
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering preferred (Electrical, Electronic or industrial engineering).
  • PMP Certified.
  • 4-5 years of experience in Project management.
