Job Summary :
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst with experience in business analysis, specifically within Passenger Service Systems (PSS). The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in airline reservation systems and be adept at gathering business requirements, analyzing system functionality, and working closely with cross-functional teams to enhance airline passenger service operations.

Key Responsibilities :
*Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, ensuring alignment with airline operational needs.
*Collaborate with stakeholders, including business teams, IT teams, and vendors, to define system enhancements and improvements.
*Work with technical teams to translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
*Conduct gap analysis, identify areas for process improvement, and recommend solutions to optimize PSS functionalities.
*Support system implementation, testing, and validation to ensure seamless integration with airline operations.
*Provide training and support to end-users and assist in change management initiatives.
*Keep up to date with industry trends, regulatory requirements, and technological advancements in airline reservation and PSS solutions.

Role Requirements and Qualifications:
*8+ years of experience in business analysis, with a strong focus on Passenger Service Systems (PSS).
*Mandatory experience in airline reservation systems (e.g., Amadeus Altea, Sabre, Navitaire, or similar).
*Strong understanding of airline operations, reservation workflows, and customer service functionalities.
*Proficiency in requirement gathering, process mapping, and functional documentation.
*Experience working with IT development teams and third-party vendors.
*Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similar.
*Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
*Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work in a fast-paced environment.
