Finance Commercial Manager

About The Role

We are looking for an experienced Finance Commercial Manager to manage the financial aspects of the commercial operations within a renowned Healthcare client portfolio.  In this role you will take the lead for ensuring profitability and compliance, while also providing financial expertise to support strategic decision-making.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial plans for commercial activities.
• Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide insights to improve profitability.
• Conduct financial modeling and scenario planning to support strategic decision-making.
• Negotiate and manage contracts with healthcare providers, payers, and other commercial partners.
• Monitor contract performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Identify and address revenue leakages and inefficiencies.
• Prepare financial reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Provide financial expertise and support to the commercial team and other stakeholders.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of commercial strategies.

What You’ll Need:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in healthcare finance or commercial management.
• Professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CMA) are often preferred.
• Is fluent in English, verbal and written with Arabic and other languages being a huge plus.
