HR Executive

Zahr Freighters is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team in Dubai. This role offers the opportunity to play a key part in supporting our growing logistics operations by handling various HR functions, from recruitment to employee relations, and ensuring smooth day-to-day HR activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

• Maintain employee records and ensure HR databases are up to date and accurate.

• Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures in alignment with UAE labor laws.

• Assist with payroll processing, leave management, and employee benefits administration.

• Coordinate training sessions and performance evaluations.

• Handle employee queries and resolve workplace issues in a timely and professional manner.

• Prepare HR reports and documentation as needed by management.

• Organize employee engagement activities and support a positive work environment.

• Liaise with PROs and government departments for visa, labor card, and other documentation processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

• 2–4 years of HR experience, preferably in logistics or similar industry.

• Strong understanding of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Proficient in MS Office and HR software systems.

• High level of confidentiality, organizational skills, and attention to detail.

• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
