MS Dynamics CRM Tech Lead
Avanade specializes in complex, long-term, international projects where our solutions are business-critical. This means that you will build long-term relationships with our customers and work within our teams to identify and develop opportunities that help our customers progress on their roadmap for technology transformation.

Skills and experiences
- Strong experience in Dynamics CRM and integration projects.
- Experience in Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps).
- English and Arabic
- Strong experience in software development using C#, .NET Framework and SQL Server.
- Experience in ETL design and development.
- Experience in system integration design and development.
- Experience in managing and coordinating the team as a technical lead.
- Ability to work with customers to develop and manage a roadmap of activities.
Nice to have
- Experience in Windows Services, SQL Server, Reporting Services, SSIS.
- Experience in Power platform and CoPilot.
- Experience consulting with customers on complex projects, including technology leadership roles.
- Experience working with global teams, including off-shore and near-shore, on Dynamics implementation and maintenance projects.
- Demonstrated experience in communicating and presenting complex information to technical and non-technical stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.
- Microsoft Dynamics CRM certifications.

- You will be responsible for understanding our customers’ business needs and priorities, designing and implementing the best architectural solutions;
- You will ensure that the quality of the solution meets the customer’s standards and its business value realization objectives;
- You will lead the design team to ensure consistent interaction with the customer and the development and delivery of the solution;
- You will help identify new business opportunities proactively, increasing customer success and business productivity.
