Business Development Manager, H3S

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
As a Business Development Manager, your responsibilities will include:

Developing a thorough understanding of all sectors and target markets within the relevant market segment(s)
Identifying key potential clients, developing sales strategies, and converting new business sales pipeline into revenue
Conducting industry and market research, analyzing findings, and reporting to management
Securing new business opportunities in line with sales strategies and budgets
Anticipating client needs, identifying buying influences, and developing contacts at the highest levels
Understanding business requirements of prospective clients and industries
Building credibility with new client prospects and developing sales plans to achieve targets
Driving cross-border sales and strategic relationships with other regions
Aligning services with client requirements and forecasting growth opportunities
Leveraging resources for building proposals and answering tenders
Ensuring due diligence in service contracts with management
Required Knowledge and Skills:
Required Skills and Knowledge:

Ability to cold call and identify business opportunities
Direct B2B solution/consultative selling experience with large multi-national companies
Experience in cross-border engagement sales environment
Excellent writing and presenting skills
Strong consultative/solution selling and negotiation skills
High profile networking ability and confidence with senior decision-makers
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Strong communication skills in English and Arabic, another language is a plus
Cultural sensitivity and ability to work in a multi-cultural environment
Ability to influence decisions/actions through value-added inputs
Previous Energy and Government industry experience is advantageous
Requirements
Minimum 5 years Experience in sales with proven “hunter” attributes towards acquisition of new business and exemplary levels of client care and focus in building relationships across all levels of the client hierarchy
Proven track record of profitable sales growth year on year and pipeline management.
Qualifications

Relevant tertiary qualification
Language Skills

Ability to communicate in English and Arabic fluently (oral & written) is an absolute must. Ability to speak another language relevant to location and client base will be an advantage.

Minimum 5 years Experience in sales with proven “hunter” attributes towards acquisition of new business and exemplary levels of client care and focus in building relationships across all levels of the client hierarchy
Proven track record of profitable sales growth year on year and pipeline management.
