Administrative Officer
The Francophonie Center Coordinator is a dynamic role that requires a strong language proficiency, intercultural sensitivity, and program management expertise. This position involves overseeing academic and cultural initiatives that promote the Francophone engagement, building partnerships with international institutions, and facilitating student involvement through events, exchanges, and collaborations.
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills, fluency in both French and English, and a deep cross-cultural understanding. the Francophonie Center Coordinator is responsible for executing and managing impactful programs that enhance Francophone presence and intercultural exchange.
- Develop and execute strategic initiatives to promote Francophone language, culture, and academic exchanges
- Establish and maintain partnerships with international academic institutions and cultural organizations
- Design and coordinate student-focused events, cultural programs, and international exchange opportunities
- Manage program budgets, track key performance indicators, and prepare comprehensive reports
Serve as the primary liaison between the center, academic departments, and external Francophone networks
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to create and manage student programs, such as language courses, cultural events, and academic exchanges.
- Leadership qualities to represent the center in national and international forums.
- Cultural sensitivity and ability to develop cross-cultural relationships.
- Familiarity with global educational standards and intercultural collaboration.
- Proficiency in using digital tools for marketing, reporting, and event management.
- Fluent in French and English (Arabic proficiency is an added advantage).
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in French for academic and professional correspondence.
- Advanced degree in International Relations, Education, or a relevant field.
- Advanced knowledge of Francophone culture and academic systems is preferred.
- Prior experience in coordinating events, managing student activities, or working in academic environments.
- Experience in establishing partnerships with Francophone institutions.
