Inside Sales Representative (JDE Sales Order Management)

Job Summary:
This is an inside sales position designed to provide qualified candidate an opportunity to learn valuable knowledge in a hands-on manner, supporting our sales teams with their sales process.

You will be working with the Product Line Sales, Country Managers, Sales Engineers on day-to-day basis.

Responsibilities:

• Create Sales Quotes based on customer’s requirements
• Process Sales Orders based on Sales Quotes and customer Purchase Order
• Liaise between Engineering and Product Line to set up part numbers for custom-made tools.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain for manufacturing completion/delivery dates
• Review and set up new customers
• Act as liaison between Logistics and customers for order deliveries
• Coordinate with customers for order collection
• Providing order updates to customer
• Secure copy of Proof of Delivery to be able to invoice orders
• Resolve customer order issues
• Forecast revenue based on Open Orders
• Responsible for keeping Sales Quote Report
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Skills & Competencies:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office especially Excel
• Self-directed and able to work without supervision
• Energetic and eager to tackle new projects and ideas

Experience:

• Min 5 years in the same or related field in Inside Sales.
• Tenders coordination and administration experience preferred.
• Order processing.
• ERP system experience, ideally JDE.
