Software Developer – Integration
Location: Abu Dhabi, U.A.E
Availability: Immediate Joiners or up to 30 Days Notice period
Experience: We’re hiring at various experience levels – Intermediate (6–9 years), Senior (10–14 years), and Expert (15+ years) – to support and drive key enterprise data initiatives.
We are seeking highly skilled Software Developers – Integration to join our enterprise technology team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining data integration solutions across multiple systems, ensuring seamless communication between disparate platforms. You will contribute to data quality, integrity, warehousing, and performance optimization, and play a critical role in transforming data into actionable insights.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead and support the design, development, and implementation of integration solutions using industry-standard tools and practices.
- Work closely with stakeholders to analyze data sources, define integration needs, and document workflows.
- Develop and maintain data integration strategies, including ETL pipelines, data mapping, validation rules, and audit logs.
- Perform data migrations, conversions, and archiving between systems.
- Optimize data exchange processes, ensuring data consistency, accuracy, and performance.
- Develop standards for data documentation, data restoration, and warehousing.
- Resolve integration conflicts and ensure proper version control and rollback mechanisms.
- Mentor junior developers, review code, and ensure compliance with integration best practices.
- Stay current on emerging tools, platforms, and trends in data integration and ETL technologies.
- Build and maintain technical documentation and user manuals.
Education & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Certifications in ETL platforms, data warehousing, or cloud-based integration tools are a plus.
Minimum Experience and Technical Requirements:
- Experience with end-to-end data integration, ETL processes, and data migration
- Hands-on with ETL tools like SSIS, Informatica, Talend, MuleSoft, Boomi, Azure Data Factory, or AWS Glue
- Strong SQL, PL/SQL, or T-SQL skills
- Knowledge of REST and SOAP APIs for system integration
- Familiar with Python, Java, or C# for scripting or development
- Understanding of data warehousing concepts and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP)
- Experience with version control tools like Git or SVN
- Strong communication skills and the ability to document integration processes
