Responsibilities

Qualifications
An indication of requirements can be found below, but will vary depending on the role you are interested in:
Teaching:
- Education-related degree or PGCE
- Minimum IELTS 6.0 for Teaching roles
UAE National Graduate Teaching Associate:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum IELTS 6.0
Curriculum Support and Support Function roles:
- Minimum High School Diploma
All Candidates:
- UAE National with Family Book
- Fluent in English with business level proficiency
- The ability to work under pressure, problem-solve and be resilient
- Commitment to continuing professional development (CPD)
- Passion for education, teaching, and a belief in the potential of every student
- Strong inter-personal skills
