Job Overview:
The role will play a vital role in interpreting medical information between Arabic and English for patients, families, and medical professionals. From translating diagnoses and treatment plans to explaining procedures and aftercare, you will be a trusted guide helping patients feel informed, understood, and respected throughout their healthcare journey.
Responsibilities
Accurately interpret and translate conversations and documents between Arabic and English in clinical settings.
Assist in communicating medical conditions, procedures, medication instructions, billing, and follow-up care.
Ensure cultural sensitivity and clarity while relaying information to and from patients and caregivers.
Support caregivers by translating key medical records, reports, and patient responses.
Participate in follow-up care communication and help identify any cultural or comprehension barriers.
Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
Qualifications
- Vocational / Technical Education.
- Experience in medical field.
Fluent in English and Arabic (written and spoken).
Strong understanding of medical terminology and healthcare communication.
Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage sensitive situations with empathy and accuracy.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with healthcare systems is an advantage
