Junior Accountant
At Al Haktur IT Solutions, financial accuracy and transparency are at the heart of our operations. We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant to join our finance team in Dubai. This role offers an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build their accounting career within a dynamic and technology-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in day-to-day accounting operations including data entry, invoice processing, and bank reconciliations.
- Maintain and update financial records in accordance with company policies.
- Prepare and process journal entries and support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable and follow up on outstanding balances.
- Support in preparing financial statements, reports, and budget tracking.
- Assist with internal audits and ensure compliance with UAE financial regulations.
- Maintain organized documentation and support the finance team with administrative tasks as needed.
- Coordinate with external auditors and vendors for financial information and clarifications.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in a corporate or IT environment.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or similar).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in numerical work.
- Basic understanding of UAE VAT regulations and financial compliance.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
