Job Description:
Knowledge, abilities & experience
Education / Certifications:
- Scientific, medical and/or business management background at Batchelor or master’s level
- MBA preferred, and / or other approved Post Graduate marketing qualification
Experience:
- Minimum of 7 years related experience within a pharmaceutical company.
- Experience in the MEA markets required & Oncology/Rare disease experience would be preferred.
Languages:
- English, both verbal & written
- Ideally a second language, with Arabic or French preferred
Key Technical Competencies Required
- Ability to lead in, & across, matrix organizations
- Understanding of all aspects of developing and maintaining marketing strategies with proven experience in customer and market research compliance
- Possesses solid communication skills, including the ability to interface across geographies and functions within Ipsen as well as with customers.
- Good numerical & business acumen skills
- Proficient use of MS packages, especially Excel & PowerPoint
