JOB PURPOSE

Priority Banking manages Affluent/Executive banking customer relationships, providing a full range of products and services to meet their needs. Priority Banking is a unit within the Consumer Wealth Management division and manages a portfolio as per PRB threshold.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • To adopt an open and effective communication style and to act as a strong team player for the benefit of his/her team and of the unit.
  • Take full responsibility and ownership for PRB customer service at the branch.
  • Ensure Operational Excellence with regards to Account maintenance, Credit Cards Applications, Retail Credit Facility applications and more.
  • Liaising with compliance and various other departments for following up and submission of documents or relevant matters.
  • Assist the Account Manager in cross selling of products as required.
  • Proactive communication with Central support team & ensure that the Customer issues are resolved within TAT

REQUIREMENTS

Education

  • University Degree in Business or Finance will be more preferable.

Experiences

  • 1-2 years of work experience, preferably in a processing/back office/Customer Services function within the Bank.

Knowledge & Skills

  • Experience in Finacle, Fin One, MS Excel and MS office

Behavioral Competencies

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills interpersonal skills are essential for this role.
  • English, while knowledge of regional languages is of advantage.
