Key Account Manager (iGaming Sector)
Job Title: Key Account Manager – iGaming
Location: Dubai or India (Indore candidates excluded)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven and relationship-focused Key Account Manager to oversee and grow a portfolio of high-value clients in the iGaming sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing iGaming and sportsbook brands, handling team performance, driving operational improvements, and building long-term client relationships. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment and has a proven track record in brand growth and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow assigned iGaming accounts to ensure high engagement, retention, and satisfaction
- Serve as the main point of contact for key clients, offering support, insights, and strategic direction
- Analyze account performance data including deposits, withdrawals, and player activity to drive optimization
- Collaborate with internal departments (Marketing, Product, Support, Finance) to ensure smooth operations
- Track team performance, implement incentive structures, and monitor KPIs
- Deliver regular reports and strategic updates to internal stakeholders and clients
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal company policies
- Support the onboarding and training of team members
- Monitor market trends and competitors to stay ahead of the curve
- Negotiate and renew contracts as required
Requirements:
- Proven experience in iGaming, with a strong understanding of sportsbook operations
- Previous experience managing iGaming brands and leading teams
- Familiarity with operational processes, reporting systems, and compliance requirements
- Strong administrative and coordination skills
- Data-driven approach with the ability to analyze and act on performance metrics
- Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Fluent in English; Hindi is required. Other regional languages are a plus

- Must be willing to work flexible shifts, including availability during nights, weekends, and holidays if required
- Open to relocation to Dubai or other company-specified locations
