Manager Digital Key Accounts
Manager Digital Key Accounts will oversee the online sales strategy and operations for our brand. This role involves managing the e-commerce platform, optimizing user experience, and driving sales through digital marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to increase sales and market share.
- Website Management:
- Oversee website performance, ensuring a seamless user experience and optimal conversion rates.
- Collaborate with IT and design teams to enhance website functionality and aesthetics.
- Digital Marketing:
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media.
- Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies to maximize ROI.
- Analytics and Reporting:
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate reports on sales, traffic, and customer behavior.
- Utilize analytics tools to inform strategy and improve customer engagement.
- Inventory Management:
- Coordinate with supply chain and logistics teams to manage inventory levels and fulfillment processes.
- Customer Engagement:
- Enhance customer experience through personalized marketing and engagement initiatives.
- Address customer inquiries and feedback to improve service quality.
- Team Leadership:
- Manage and mentor a team of e-commerce specialists and digital marketers

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in e-commerce management, preferably in the UAE market.
- Strong knowledge of online marketing tools and analytics.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento) and digital marketing software.
Skills:
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong understanding of customer behavior and market trends.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
