Key Responsibilities
- Plan and support engagement events (team-building, wellness programs, social outings).
- Draft and manage internal communications (newsletters, announcements, etc.).
- Gather and analyze employee feedback to improve culture and engagement.
- Coordinate event logistics (vendors, venues, catering, entertainment).
- Support day-to-day admin tasks for Talent Experience projects.
