Emirates NBD, the leading Banking Group in the MENAT region, was formed on 19 June 1963, when H.H. Technology Contracts Manager

The Tech Contracts- Manager supports and assists the Tech Sourcing Team in developing and managing relationships with suppliers who supply goods and/or services to ENBD Group, and ensures performance meets or exceeds contractual compliance and obligations. This includes liaising between the Group sourcing, Legal, Vendors and stakeholders to ensure all commercial, financial and legal interests of the bank are protected.
On a day-day you will be responsible for:
- Liaising between the Sourcing & Category Management Department, Legal, Vendors and stakeholders to ensure all the commercial, financial and legal interest of the bank are protected in the contract drafting process for tech categories (e.g. infrastructure, digital, data).
- Creating a Contract competency center to provide position and advisories on technology contracts. Acting as a hub for all interaction with the legal team to complete the contractual coverage for the bank. Reviewing all contractual documents to ensure that all principals are in place and all risks are mitigated.
- Ensuring compliance of supplier performance against contractual terms. Leading all contractual discussions with vendors to extract value from the contract portfolio.
- Provide advisory and clause interpretation service for all the organization to respect compliance. To act as responsible end-to-end for all contractual agreements (Commercial, Financial, Technology, Risk Compliance, from a contract prospective).
- Provide regular updates on Contract performance to Management Teams through dashboards and reporting.
- Work with International Sourcing and Category Management Teams to ensure best practices for contract compliance are adopted across Group Locations. Create centralized reporting mechanisms to maintain oversight of compliance for Group Locations.

- Bachelor’s Degree
- MCIPS Certification
- Contract Management Certification
- Successful proven track record in Contract Management
- Experience of using ERP and sourcing systems
- Strong knowledge of contract lifecycle management process and digital tools
- Good problem solving and analytic skills
- Good planning/project management skills
