Coordinator – Marketing – UAEN
Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing Coordinator to support the planning and execution of marketing initiatives in the healthcare sector. This role involves coordinating campaigns, creating content, managing digital platforms, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across all channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of healthcare marketing regulations, patient engagement strategies, and digital communication tools.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns for healthcare services, programs, and events.
- Coordinate with internal departments (clinical, admin, etc.) to gather accurate information for marketing materials.
- Maintain and update content on websites, social media, and other digital platforms.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics (e.g., website traffic, patient inquiries, social engagement).
- Create marketing collateral including brochures, newsletters, email campaigns, and presentations.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA) in all marketing materials.
- Support event planning for health fairs, seminars, and outreach programs.
- Manage vendor relationships related to printing, advertising, and promotional materials.
- Maintain marketing calendar and track deadlines for campaigns, promotions, and reporting.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, patient needs, and competitive positioning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing; healthcare experience preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing tools (e.g., Canva, Mailchimp, Google Analytics, CMS).
- Knowledge of healthcare terminology and compliance standards is an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A team player with a proactive approach and attention to detail.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with CRM systems and patient engagement platforms.
- Familiarity with SEO, PPC, and digital advertising strategies.
- Graphic design or basic video editing skills.
