Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales of ELV systems (CCTV, access control, structured cabling, etc.), AV solutions (video conferencing, digital signage, meeting room solutions), and ICT infrastructure within the UAE market.
  • Identify and pursue business opportunities, manage client relationships, and close deals independently.
  • Work closely with technical and project teams to deliver optimal solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Engage with clients across various sectors, providing consultative sales support.
  • Manage the full sales cycle – from lead generation and proposal submission to negotiation and closing.
  • Stay updated with the latest market trends and technologies in ELV, AV, and ICT.
  • Promote Unified Communication (UC) and Contact Centre (CC) solutions as an added-value offering when relevant.

Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of proven sales experience in IT infrastructure, preferably within ELV, AV, and ICT domains.
  • Familiarity with UC & CC solutions (e.g., Avaya, Cisco, Mitel) is a strong advantage.
  • Solid understanding of UAE’s IT and systems integration market.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Must have a valid UAE driving license.
  • Energetic, self-driven, and result-oriented mindset.
