What You’ll Do:

As our Front Desk Officer, you’ll be the first point of contact for guests, clients, and colleagues. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Reception & Guest Experience: Greet visitors with professionalism and warmth, manage incoming calls, and ensure a seamless front desk experience.
  • Administrative Support: Handle clerical tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry. Manage mail and courier services.
  • Office Coordination: Maintain a tidy and organized reception area, monitor supplies, and liaise with housekeeping and facilities teams.
  • Communication Hub: Relay messages, coordinate with departments, and support internal communications.

What We’re Looking For:

  • UAE National (Emirati) with a family book
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in administration or customer service are a plus
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or customer-facing role preferred
  • Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional demeanor, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
