About Our Client:

They are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to bridge the gap between IT and business, ensuring the successful implementation of projects and business strategies.
The Role:
As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing business needs and processes, identifying areas for improvement, and working closely with IT and stakeholders to develop effective solutions that align with organizational goals.
What You’ll Do:
- Analyze and document business processes and workflows.
- Identify and prioritize business needs and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define business requirements.
- Translate business needs into technical specifications for IT teams.
- Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and impact analyses for business solutions.
- Facilitate meetings between business units and technical teams to ensure alignment.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions.
- Prepare and present reports, proposals, and recommendations to stakeholders.
What We’re Looking For:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Experience with business process modeling and process improvement methodologies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with project management and software development life cycles (SDLC).
- Certifications such as CBAP, PMP, or similar are an advantage.
