Description: 

Job Summary

The purpose of the role is to support the shareholders in personal assistant duties.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversees and manages daily schedules for assigned senior management.
  • Facilitates communication within the organization across different time zones
  • Coordinates conference calls
  • Prioritizes and prepares for all upcoming meetings/trips/events/calls.
  • Schedules meetings, coordinates shareholder’s office’ and Senior team members’ calendars, and manages logistics, schedule, and materials
  • Scheduling internal and external meetings and ensuring all materials are collated and sent to participants in advance.
  • Manages/Plans/Executes all travel arrangements
  • Provides full itineraries in Calendar and circulates as necessary
  • Assists as needed for family members.
  • Other duties as assigned by the line manager.

KPIs

  • Timely management of calender/schedule of meetings, communication, travel arrangement, payment arrangement, any documents and information preparation.
  • Timely completion of any assistance and work assigned.

Work experience requirement

  • Min 8 years of experience in personal assistant works.
  • Must have worked as the personal assistant for family office or equivalent.
  • Must have worked in UAE as a personal assistant for minimum 2 years in recent role.

Qualification

BA/B.Sc/B.Com

Proficient in Arabic and English
