Marcom is the creatively-led global team that oversees Apple’s consumer facing marketing. We ensure the flawless development and execution of world-class communications across all medias and platforms. Every day, hundreds of millions of Apple customers around the world interact with our products. We drive the strategy and creative work that provide both new and existing customers with simple, engaging and inspiring marketing experiences. The Channel Marcom team is responsible for driving all marketing communications in the indirect channel, delivering best in class Apple customer experience across all customer touch-points, including communications and merchandising strategies within partners’ brick-and-mortar and online environments. We are looking for an experienced marketer and project owner to be responsible for driving product launch and origination works for Apple’s hardware and services as well as seasonal and tactical campaigns in all indirect routes to market / digital environments.
This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams both within and outside of Marcom, and needs strong ownership to drive world-class marketing and communications solutions for Apple’s indirect routes to market. Key responsibilities include: • Work with Partner Communications, Sales, Brand, Strategy and Product Marketing teams to identify key business challenges and opportunities. Translate marketing, business and partner objectives into critical communication plans as well as insightful briefs that will inspire the best possible work. • Serve as single point of contact for projects from an overall planning, communications and deliverables perspective, representing CEE’s needs with Worldwide (WW) Marcom to clearly articulate local insights, objectives and solutions for origination campaigns. • Oversee cross-functional creation and production process, work closely with internal teams and external agencies to ensure flawless execution and timely delivery of assets that meet the business needs. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between Sales and Marketing throughout the campaign planning and production process. • Provide insights and findings to local partners and Worldwide (WW) Channel Marcom.
  • 8 years experience in marketing communications domain.
  • Experience in international account management at an advertising agency or in- house marketing communications for a global brand.
  • Experience in channel marketing, including visual merchandising, retail marketing/campaigns, POS, and customer-engagement programs.
  • Fluency in English is required.
  • Experience working on/ within Central Eastern Europe, on markets including Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia or Romania
  • Extensive experience in brand communications and a deep understanding of integrated campaigns across omnichannel touchpoints, including online and offline experiences.
  • A deep understanding and curiosity in the consumer journey, and its opportunity to drive connected creative ideas and route to market strategies.
  • Experience partnering with, and building productive relationships with Creatives.
  • Strong project management skills with demonstrated ability to multitask and set priorities within tight timelines and high expectations.
  • Cut through ambiguity. Ability to operate effectively even when things are uncertain. Adapts quickly to changing conditions.
  • Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills. Capable of encouraging, inspiring and influencing others to work together to move things forward, both internally and externally.
