Logistics Executive

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics Executive to join our Dubai team, ensuring smooth coordination of shipments, transportation, and supply chain processes to meet client and business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily logistics operations including shipping, transportation, and inventory control.
- Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, and warehouse teams for timely deliveries.
- Monitor shipments, track orders, and resolve logistics-related issues promptly.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records of shipments, invoices, and logistics documents.
- Optimize routes and transportation methods to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, customs regulations, and safety standards.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to meet project requirements and deadlines.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Proven experience in logistics, shipping, or supply chain roles.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and logistics software.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
