Customer Service Coordinator
Job Description
Ensuring to attend all service booking on agreed time, also coordinating with customer, and arranging drivers and similar vehicles.
Opening and closing of all transactions of vehicles which are collected for repair /service/accident and transferring to workshop and other agency based on job requirement.
Organizing & Training drivers frequently to increase driver productivity.
Providing proper product and training for all drivers on a regular and continuous basis.
Visiting customers frequently to build better relationship.
Attending breakdown by providing equivalent vehicle within 2 hours in Dubai and other emirates based on distance.
Coordinating with workshop for customer original vehicles and updating on timely basis.
Ensuring to return all original vehicle to customer once ready from workshop.
Ensuring to maintain high quality vehicle as per SHIFT standard.
Receiving vehicles from car wash and closing NRT.
Updating fuel invoice supporting’s on day-to-day basis
Responding to all phone calls and ensuring to provide all necessary support.
Ensuring to reply all external/internal customer emails within 2 hours.
Making sure to assign jobs to drivers regularly to ensure high production.
Analyzing points based on distance/location and approving drivers OT.
Transferring old and high mileage floating vehicles to sales on regular basis.
- Make sure fleet reconciliation is done on daily basis and clear the variance if any same day.
Educational Qualification:
- Preferably a bachelor’s degree in business administration, Automotive Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Valid UAE driving license preferred.
Work Experience:
Preferably a bachelor’s degree in business administration, Automotive Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Valid UAE driving license preferred.

Time management and ability to multitask under pressure.
Leadership and driver supervision skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Knowledge of rental processes, fleet management, and basic automotive understanding.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
Languages:
English – Required.
Arabic – Preferred.
Additional languages are an advantage in a customer-facing environment.
