AW Rostamani is hiring an Ecommerce Support Executive in Dubai to assist online operations, manage order processing, and support customer queries. The role suits candidates with e-commerce experience and strong coordination skills.
Ecommerce Support Executive
Ecommerce Support:
- Managing Ecommerce order fulfilment for all Business Units
Coordination with multiple locations to determine product availabilityCommunicating with different stakeholders like warehouse, store, delivery partner to ensure the stocks are delivered to the customersAssist with any clerical ecommerce tasks – product upload, ordering non trading stationary
Merchandising Support:
Support in creating accurate Purchase order, Transfer order and sales order is Navision for all Business Unit
- Supporting with Local and International shipment coordinationArranging transportation for stocks movementAssist with any clerical merchandising tasks
Educational Qualification
· University Degree in Business or relevant key experience any related fields
Work Experience
· Previous Experience: 1 years of retail fashion, home, sports, or luxury experience
Competencies
- Excellent communication and people skills
Numeracy and Literacy, MS office
Languages
· Excellent English
