About the Role
The Officer – Talent Management is a key member of our Human Resources team, reporting directly to the Manager – Talent Management. This role supports the execution of various Talent Management programs and activities, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and fostering a positive workplace environment. Responsibilities include coordinating meetings, managing documentation, and contributing to the overall efficiency of the Talent Management unit. Additionally, the role supports payroll processing and assists the Employee Relations team with employee requests, making it a pivotal function within the HR department.
Your Responsibilities
- Talent Management Programs and Activities (50%): Actively contribute to talent development and engagement initiatives, coordinate TM-related meetings, and manage documentation to support team efficiency.
- Employee Relations (20%): Process employee requests for official letters not available through self-service, ensure accuracy of employee records affecting payroll and benefits.
- Probationary Management (20%): Schedule and track probation evaluations, follow up with line managers, review assessment forms, maintain probation databases, support decisions on confirmation or extension, draft related letters, and provide guidance on probation procedures.
- Other Duties (10%): Perform additional HR-related tasks as needed to support the department’s objectives.
Who we are looking for
We are seeking a motivated professional with a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field, accompanied by a minimum of 3 years of HR experience, including employee relations, payroll, benefits, or HR administration.
The ideal candidate possesses thorough knowledge of company policies and UAE Labor Law, exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a collaborative team spirit. Attention to detail, time management, and a commitment to confidentiality are essential. Experience in process improvement and a passion for innovation in talent management will be highly valued.
