JOB TITLE: WORKFORCE PLANNER   

LOCATION: DUBAI – DUBIA MALL  

ORGANISATION UNIT: HERMÈS MIDDLE EAST 

SCOPE OF JOB:  

Workforce planner will be responsible for creating and maintaining effective staff schedules to support smooth store operations. This role ensures that staffing levels align with business needs, training schedules, and operational requirements. The workforce planner will work closely with the in-store trainer and the training department to balance operational efficiency with employee developments.  

RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Develop and maintain staff schedules, ensuring optimal coverage for daily operational efficiency with employee development.  
  • Collaborate with in-store trainers and the training department to align workforce planning with training schedules.  
  • Monitor attendance, shift adherence, and leave requests to maintain accurate records.  
  • Assist with daily planning of manpower to meet business demands.  
  • Prepare and update workforce-related reports (e.g Scheduling, daily planning, Sick leaves, annual leaves, public holidays)  
  • Support continuous improvement in scheduling processes to enhance efficiency and employee satisfaction.  
  • Communicate schedules and changes to managers and staff in a timely manner. 

EXPERIENCE   

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in scheduling management, workforce planning, or administrative roles. 
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.  
  • Proficiency in Excel.  
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.  
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to operational changes.
