Project Coordinator
Full – Job Description
KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Financial
- Support monitoring of project budgets and cost tracking
- Assist in preparing financial summaries related to project activities
- Help identify cost-saving opportunities in project execution
- Ensure proper documentation of project-related expenses (if applicable)
- Support in tracking ROI of business development initiatives
Customer
- Assist in identifying new business opportunities and market trends
- Support preparation of business proposals and client presentations
- Participate in client follow-ups and relationship coordination
- Assist in competitor analysis and market research activities
- Ensure timely response and communication with external stakeholders
Internal Process
- Assist in planning and executing business development projects from initiation to completion
- Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables
- Maintain project documentation, trackers, and reports
- Coordinate with internal departments (Operations, HR, Finance, Marketing)
- Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and document minutes
- Ensure timely reporting of project updates to management
- Support process improvement initiatives within project workflows
People
- Act as a communication bridge between departments and stakeholders
- Promote collaboration and teamwork across project teams
- Support knowledge sharing and documentation of best practices
- Develop understanding of business development strategies and tools
- Enhance personal skills in project coordination, communication, and analysis
QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
- Emirati National
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Project Management, or related field
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Basic understanding of business development strategies is an advantage
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail

- Successful coordination and delivery of assigned business development projects on time
- Accuracy and timeliness of project reports and documentation
- Maintenance of updated project trackers and dashboards
- Support in achieving business growth and operational efficiency targets
