12- REVIT Structure Modeler
Location: United Arab Emirates (UAE)
Experience: Gulf Country Projects or Experience of 5+years is mandatory
Availability: Immediate Joiner (Candidates must be currently in the UAE)
✅ Roles & Responsibilities
Develop 3D structural models using Revit Structure.
Prepare structural drawings and detailed documentation.
Coordinate with architectural and MEP teams for model integration.
Ensure models comply with BIM standards and project requirements.
Generate schedules and quantity take-offs from the model.
Revise models based on design changes or client feedback.
Participate in clash detection and coordination meetings.
Maintain model accuracy and structural detailing quality.
Collaborate with engineers to interpret design intent.
Follow industry codes and company CAD/BIM standards.
✅ Candidate Requirements
Diploma or degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in structural modelling.
Ability to read and interpret structural and architectural drawings.
Must be currently in the UAE and available to join immediately
Good communication and team coordination skills, both in design and construction phases
