Accommodations Supervisor

The camp boss will make sure to have adequate knowledge of updated Occupancies and bed spaces, Furthermore He/she will provide full support to Accommodation office in compiling daily and monthly reports of Accommodation.

1. Administration

· . Maintain up-to-date records of staff and labor residing in company accommodation.

· Conduct camp and safety induction sessions for new staff.

· Deploy staff to project sites as required.

· Issue bedding sets to new employees and maintain accurate issuance records.

· Coordinate closely with security, maintenance, and cleaning supervisors to ensure discipline, hygiene, and cleanliness within the accommodations.

· Assist the Camp Manager during all types of emergencies, particularly medical and fire-related incidents.

· Perform daily patrols of the accommodation facilities to ensure a secure and comfortable environment.

· Monitor and update records of all occupants entering and leaving the accommodations.

· Manage the issuance and tracking of bed sets to new and eligible employees.

· Handle the distribution of ATM cards and Emirates IDs (EIDs), ensuring accurate and up-to-date documentation.

· Maintain close coordination with HR and other departments, responding promptly to requests within the scope of responsibility

2. External communication

· Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of supplies to the accommodation.

· Guide new employees and subcontractors in obtaining accommodation and related support services.

· · Contact ambulance, Civil Defense, or Police during emergencies or unpleasant situations, upon approval from the Accommodation Manager.

4. Petty Cash ·

No Petty cash shall be used by Assistant Camp bos

Education/Qualification

· Must be a graduate

Experience (experience required for the job)

· 3+ years of experience in a similar role
