Job Purpose & Responsibilities

The Accounts Assistant – Payables ensures accurate and timely processing of payments, vendor management, and compliance with financial policies, supporting the university’s smooth financial operations and contributing to overall organizational efficiency.

Minimum Qualifications and Education

Bachelor’s degree in accounting with experience between 1 to 5 years maximum.

Required Knowledge and Skills

  • Knowledge in Accounting Software MS NAV or any ERP
  • Microsoft – Office Suite
  • Education sector background
  • Customer Service

Work Experience

Function-specific experience

  • Payable accountant
  • Accountant Assistant /Cashier

Industry-related experience

  • Education Sector, service sector

Years of experience

  • 1-5 years of experience

Language proficiency required

English Language is essential, and Arabic language is preferred
