Adjunct Faculty in Accounting – College of Business – Abu Dhabi and Dubai
The Opportunity
Zayed University’s College of Business is seeking Adjunct faculty for Fall 2025 and beyond on both the Abu Dhabi and Dubai campuses. We seek individuals with the expertise and ability to teach ‘Accounting’ courses to undergraduate students.
Adjunct faculty are responsible for melding their expertise and experience with the established course syllabus to create dynamic instructional delivery to enthusiastic Emirati and international students. All adjuncts are supervised by a course coordinator who ensures consistency and equivalency between sections. Courses are typically taught in 100-minute blocks twice per week from January through to May, and from August through to December.
Adjunct faculty are paid per course and generally can teach between 1 and 2 courses per semester.
The Requirements
Applicants must have a PhD, DBA, or Masters with a specialization in the teaching area from a university recognized by the UAE’s Ministry of Education. PhD or DBA is required to teach upper-level undergraduate courses. Application with a professional accounting certification will be given preference.
Applicants must have a valid UAE residence visa and will be required to provide a No Objection Letter from their sponsor.
Employed Emirati nationals must be able to provide a letter of no-objection from their employer. Position is open for application in both Abu Dhabi and Dubai campuses.
Teaching and/or professional experience in the area is desired.
