Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate a smooth admission process for patients, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed.
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients and their families, addressing queries and concerns professionally.
- Coordinate with other hospital departments to ensure seamless patient admission experiences.
- Maintain accurate records and update the hospital database as required.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of Bachelors, e.g., high school diploma or bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration or related field].
- Previous experience in a hospital or healthcare setting is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in computer applications and ability to handle administrative tasks efficiently.
- Fluency in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus).
