JOB TITLE:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and identify opportunities for automation.
  • Design and develop intelligent automation solutions using industry-leading tools and technologies, such as robotic process automation (RPA), artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML), natural language processing (NLP), and others.
  • Build, configure, and deploy automation workflows and bots to automate repetitive tasks and processes.
  • Conduct testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of automation solutions to ensure reliability, scalability, and performance.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather feedback, iterate on automation solutions, and continuously improve functionality and efficiency.
  • Document design specifications, technical requirements, and implementation details for automation solutions.
  • Collaborate with IT infrastructure and security teams to ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and governance standards.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
  • 0-2 years of experience in software development, with a focus on automation, scripting, or programming.
  • Understanding of intelligent automation tools and platforms, such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, Microsoft Power Automate, etc.
  • Proficiency in programming languages commonly used for automation development, such as Python, Java, C#, or JavaScript.
  • Good understanding of automation concepts, principles, and methodologies, including process mapping, workflow design, rule-based decision making, etc.
  • Knowledge of artificial intelligence, machine learning, natural language processing, and other related technologies is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyse complex issues, identify root causes, and develop effective solutions.
  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills to work with a complex user base.
  • Pro-active in nature to complete task and resolve issues.
