Job Description

Are you ready to partner up with our business in the MEA (Middle East & Africa) region and lead the data management processes required to drive visibility of in-market consumer sales? CEEMEA Analytics & Insights team is looking for their newest team member who plays a key role in providing insights to optimize business decisions and enable better commercial performance in MEA, being part of MEA Leadership team, supporting Sales, Marketing and Operation teams.

Core Responsibilities

  • Monitoring and analyzing current business performance regularly, identifying necessary actions to enhance or maintain performance in the short and mid-term. Driving the weekly business performance reviews with the stakeholders.
  • Converting available data into actionable insights consistently. Delivering high-quality ad-hoc analyses and insights, which can combine different types of data.
  • Ownership of the analytical tools and data. Ensuring data system validity, maintaining business unit report integrity, overseeing the rollout, training, and maintenance of available global/local dashboards and tools.
  • Promoting a data-driven culture within MEA, ensuring flawless availability and utilization of data and reports across the organization.
  • Representing MEA in regional & global projects and collaborating to define and implement solutions ensuring coherence and scalability of data solutions.

The focus of the Analytics & Insights Partner is to act as a business partner to the LEGO MEA business unit with consumer sales trends and insights. The role

will find opportunities to drive Regional/CEEMEA Analytics & Insights initiatives that support an agenda of simplicity and consistency. Generating insights and recommendations which answer questions and/or enable better decisions and becoming a trusted business partner will be a key indicator of success in this position.

Do you have what it takes?

  • Experience in working in a similar role
  • Extensive business acumen to analyze, interpret data, create relevant narratives and make data-based recommendations.
  • Pro-active communicator, able to articulate the right messages and efficiently communicate with people on different levels
  • High commercial focus and strategic orientation
  • Ability to challenge status quo with insights and actions
  • Strong working knowledge of Excel and BI systems (e.g. Power BI, Tableau)
