Decision-Making and Authority – NA

Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Extract the details of the AVE Lead-to-Order (LTO) requests from the CRM portal and coordinate with the functional manager to accurately complete and record data for the AVE Dashboard.
  • Populate and maintain raw data entries in the AVE Dashboard for both Application Engineering and Component Design functions.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness across all dashboard entries.
  • Collaborate with AE and CDE team members to gather required data and clarify input requirements.
  • Maintain organized records of data sources and updates for audit and review purposes.
  • Support AE and CDE teams by tracking request status and flagging missing or inconsistent data.
  • Assist in preparing reports and summaries for internal reviews and audits.
  • Follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely updates and data integrity.
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives related to CRM data handling and reporting.

Skills

Qualifications

Academics & Degrees: Diploma in Basic Engineering or a related field

Years and Position of Experience: 0 – 1 year in a technical or administrative support role
