Job Description

The ENBD Group Business Strategic Sourcing Unit sits within the Group Procurement Division. Group Procurement is responsible for the sourcing of all goods and services needed for the Group’s operations. The goal of the Group’s sourcing activities is to acquire the right goods and services for the intended purpose, at the right time, quality and cost. This process aims to balance the Group’s overall needs for economy, efficiency, value for money, suitability, competition, transparency, accountability, and environmental and social sustainability, while ensuring risks are properly managed.

The Assistant Manager ensures the accurate maintenance, organization, and accessibility of all contract-related documents. This role focuses on contract operations, including tracking contract lifecycles, maintaining document repositories, and ensuring compliance with control standards. The Lead plays a critical role in supporting the Supplier Management teams by providing timely and accurate documentation, enabling efficient contract execution and monitoring.

On a day-day you will be responsible for:

  • Document Repository Management

  • Compliance with Documentation Standards: Ensure all documents meet organizational and regulatory standards, addressing discrepancies promptly and accurately. Conduct routine checks to verify compliance with policies and escalate any inconsistencies to the appropriate teams.

To be successful in this role, you will need the following skills and experience:

  • Professional certification in document management or project management.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in document management or a related role within sourcing, legal or administration.
  • Experience working with contract lifecycle management tools and document management systems
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills to monitory and report on contract lifecycles
