We are seeking a CRM Campaigns Assistant Manager to work with the Head of CRM to execute the short, mid and long-term strategies with a direction to leverage CRM opportunities that are in line with existing divisional strategic and tactical plans. The Asst. CRM Manager will support Samsung Gulf D2C & product marketing divisions by complementing their marketing strategies with CRM led initiatives and campaigns delivering on their business objectives. They will work with the Head of CRM to execute the short, mid and long-term strategies with a direction to leverage CRM opportunities that are in line with existing divisional strategic and tactical plans. The Asst. CRM Manager will support Samsung Gulf D2C & product marketing divisions by complementing their marketing strategies with CRM led initiatives and campaigns delivering on their business objectives.
Skills and Qualifications
How You Will Make An Impact
- Reporting directly to the Head of CRM, Data & Loyalty
- Day to Day management & execution of CRM campaigns
- Brief campaigns to the CRM Agency of Record for the upcoming marketing promotions & activities
- Work closely with the wider teams (product, sales, marketing, service and IT) and partner agencies to develop campaigns and ‘Always On’ programs with compelling offerings to our CRM DB that drive increased engagement, cross-sell, repurchase of Samsung products and reduce churn through key digital platforms
- Manage contact strategy and customer lifecycle journeys with the CRM AOR (example: for acquisition, onboarding, retention, growing, and win-back)
- Regularly implement & design triggered communications around specific behaviours and key data points
- Measure and analyse CRM programs and campaigns’ performance and provide insights that prove ROI on a monthly and real-time basis. Continually test, learn and iterate
- Review technologies and explore new developments, and find ways to more effectively deliver the communication and business objectives.
- Liaise with HQ and other regional counterparts to share best practices and analytics.
How You Will Make An Impact
- Worked as a CRM strategist/ Manager with CRM campaigns experience for a minimum 5 years in a global MNC
- Experience with ESP tools such as Responses, Salesforce, Hybris or any ESP tool is a must
- Good understanding of HTML, SQL & knowledge of applications on social data
- Ability to work in team environments; works well with individuals with diverse skill sets and backgrounds
- Having experience in setting up or integrating systems and tools for CRM and digital marketing
- Must have experience of running data driven digital marketing campaigns, which is essential to successfully plan and execute CRM campaigns
