Assistant Sales Manager

Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Assistant Sales Manager to join our dynamic team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As an Assistant Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth, managing client relationships, and supporting the overall sales strategy of our organization.

  • Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets
  • Collaborate with the Sales Manager to identify new business opportunities and expand the existing client base
  • Manage and nurture relationships with key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies
  • Mentor and coach junior sales team members to enhance their performance
  • Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote the company’s products or services
  • Generate detailed sales reports and forecasts for upper management
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery of products or services to clients
  • Assist in resolving customer complaints and addressing concerns promptly and professionally
  • Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to effectively communicate value propositions to clients
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in a managerial or leadership role
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong knowledge of sales principles, methods, and techniques
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Outstanding interpersonal and negotiation abilities
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with Opera PMS Software is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is advantageous
  • Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and industry events
  • Adaptability to changing market conditions and customer needs
