Associate General Counsel
Currently working with an in-house entity who are looking for a Senior Lawyer with experience in corporate M&A and financial transactions to lead a team and work with senior management. You will be responsible for structuring deals for the executive committee, whilst leading a team and reporting into senior management.
๐๐๐ฒ ๐๐๐ช๐ฎ๐ข๐ซ๐๐ฆ๐๐ง๐ญ๐ฌ:
- Must be 12+ PQE
- Must have trained and qualified from an international law firm
- Must be qualified from a Common Law jurisdiction
- Must have experience advising on finance transactions, capital markets, private M&A and JVs
- Must have transactional experience
- Ideally have experience working in the energy sector
